Meet Alejandro Aranda

American Idol alumni Alejandro Aranda got his start performing at backyard parties and busking on the streets of Los Angeles before deciding to audition for the world-famous singing competition. A former warehouse worker, Aranda felt unqualified for such a competition, but he quickly captured the hearts of the judges as well as audiences across the country with his original song "Out Loud," putting his incredible vocals and guitar skills on display. Aranda remained a favored finalist throughout the 17th season of American Idol before ultimately coming in second place in the finale. His original songs and powerful voice, however, made a lasting impact on music fans as well as several artists in the industry.
